Do my clients need to download anything?

No. Your clients message the same WhatsApp number they already have saved. Plans, demo videos and check-ins reach them as normal WhatsApp messages.

I use normal WhatsApp, not WhatsApp Business. Does it work?

Yes. Keep your number. First move it from WhatsApp to the free WhatsApp Business app from Meta. The app offers this when you first open it. Your number, chats and contacts come with it, and your clients see no change.

Use the Business app for about a week, then connect it to Fittenger. Meta can refuse a number with no recent activity in the Business app.

Fittenger does not link to the normal WhatsApp app. That needs unofficial software, and Meta bans numbers that use it.

Can I still use WhatsApp on my phone?

Yes. Fittenger uses Meta’s Coexistence feature. You keep the WhatsApp Business app on your phone, and you can reply from the phone or from the desk. Both stay in sync.

What do I need to connect?

Your coaching number in the WhatsApp Business app (version 2.24.17 or later), with about a week of normal use. It can be your personal number, after you move it to the Business app. You also need a Facebook login for Meta’s connect window, a card for Meta’s message charges, a computer and about 30 minutes.

What comes across when I connect?

Your last six months of one-to-one chats and your contacts. Photos and videos come across from the last 14 days only, so save older videos you need first. Group chats do not come across.

What does Meta charge?

Meta bills you direct for some template messages, such as a check-in sent outside the 24-hour window. For most coaches that is a few pounds a month. Fittenger shows the 24-hour window on every thread, so you always know.

Who can see my clients’ data?

You. The people who run the service cannot see your clients, messages, plans or videos. Message bodies are encrypted at rest, and each client can get a full data export. You stay the controller of your clients’ data, under a data processing agreement.

Is there an AI coach?

No. Fittenger reads numbers such as weight and sleep from check-in messages, and you confirm each value. No bot talks to your clients. You do the coaching.

I track clients in a spreadsheet. Can I bring it?

Yes. Import clients and past check-ins from Google Sheets or an Excel CSV. You can undo an import.

Is there a free trial?

No. You get a 30-day guarantee instead. If your number does not connect, or you ask within 30 days of your first payment, we refund you in full.

Meta lets us connect only a few new numbers each week, so each place goes to a coach who wants it.

How do I cancel?

One click in your billing page. No survey and no retention offer. The founding price stays locked while your subscription exists, and ends when it ends.
